    I'm a disabled Air Force veteran homeowner who refinanced my home using ***************** which closed in Jan 2023 with loan number ******* and service number **********. I recently tried to lower my interest rate and it was discovered that a previous small claim that the representative of ***************** told me had already been paid through the previous mortgage payments was still active and put me upside down on my property and thus I could not lower my interest. I've tried to resolve this issue with all parties involved to no avail! I'm asking that the small claim in the amount of ********* be paid by the title company which told me it was an oversight in the search! I spoke to ******************* with the Iowa Title Company ,i reached out to ********************* of WFG National Title Insurance company who was paid for the abstract or title search at {563}296-6670 and left a message which he never returned and ******************************* of WFG National Title Insurance company who was paid an attorney fee at {605}271-9541 who returned my call and told me he would send me a copy of the paperwork which would answer the question of the small claim incident but never did and refused to correspond with me further!All I'm asking is to be made whole by those responsible for this tragedy! I suffer already from my disability and don't need this added issue to my plate of worries! I will be eternally grateful for your HELP!
