    Date of transaction: June 9th 2024 Amount of money paid: $23.95 What the business committed to provide: My order would be shipped within 8-10 business days. Nature of the dispute: The order has not shipped at all. I have emailed, messaged on social media, etc. with NO answers and no communication. The tracker still says Jesus Loves ******* has not shipped the package.This business has not tried to resolve this issue. All I want is a refund. I do not even want the products anymore.

    I placed an order on November 18th. I had zero communication with the company until today. I don't think they would have reached out either if I didn't initiate it. Supposedly they refunded my card for merchandise that was clearly in stock when I ordered it. They say they are behind because of the black Friday orders. I ordered before black Friday and my order hasn't even shipped yet. The company should have reached out before now to let the customers know. Instead they want to come up with an excuse after the fact I reach out to them.

    My adolescent daughter placed an order for clothing items through their site on July 4, 2023 based on an ad she was shown through Instagram. She received a confirmation email of her order and was instructed she would get a follow up notification when the items have been shipped. She has not received any further order updates from the company so she reached out via email to inquire which a *********************** (from the company) replied to with apologies and assurances that the order can still be valid and to be patient and contact back if no information is sent (didnt give a timeframe). Today is August 2nd and she has yet to receive the items or a shipping notification with tracking attached. This is well below the expectations I have when ordering online and I am frustrated by the lack of responsiveness or concern for the company about sending an order out. There is another complaint on BBB for the exact same issue, and a I have concern that this is an actual shipping scam company who sells the idea that you will receive items after purchase and works in their terms of agreement for the online purchase that once the purchase is made that no refunds or changes can be made off any kind. But no consumer in their right mind would approve the purchase IF that policy spelled out the cautionary risk that they may not even send the items out. *BUYERS BEWARE*. I have emailed the company myself now about my daughters purchase given they havent taken her attempts to resolve this seriously telling them that I would like a full refund at this time. I have researched and found that many others have had the same experience that I am having and this is not how to do good business. Hiding behind the brand of ****** follower as a company mission only to then use deceptive sales tactics is not only unacceptable as a consumer, but exploitive.

    I purchased apparel from the company with a promised shipping date for a Christmas gift. The company not only did not ship the product in time, but they refuse to refund customers and theyve also missed another promised shipping date. Apparently this is not a holiday related issue. After purchasing I was directed by another customer to their ******** page that has many complaints about fraudulent shipping claims, months of waiting on ******************* arriving messed up. In fact, they had a 2.7 rating on their ******** business review page. They create pre-shipment labels with the **** so it looks like theyve shipped your product, but after contacting the **** you find out that all the company has done is created a shipping label. They actually havent shipped anything yet. So its a shipping scam. Many times not arriving until months after order, all while refusing to refund customers for items not delivered in a timely fashion.

    We appreciate you bringing your frustration to our attention. I do see that our **************** **** ******* spoke to you a several occasions regarding the delay on your order. I also see that a few others from our company have also spoke to you regarding DM's and social media messages you sent. 

    We do apologize, as we have several times, that your order was delayed. We know that can be frustrating when you purchased for a specific occasion. We do not guarantee shipping at any time though. We are always working to improve our ship time to be quicker than our normal **** business days up to 14 business days if we have an influx of orders. 

    We held your order specifically because you messaged on our social media that you had filed a claim with your credit card company. You did not follow back up with us to tell us that was not the case. What we are going to do for you is go ahead and cancel and refund this order since we held this waiting for your credit card company to reach out to us. 

    We do print our shipping labels first, that is what happens when an order is processed. I don't want to go into all the details of how our order's process, but the order prints with the shipping label and then we work through all of those labels by date. We are a small team and we had an abundance of orders through the holiday season, that it took us longer than we had hoped. We are working to spread the love of Jesus across the world, and sometimes that comes with some road blocks and speed bumps, but we won't stop because we were called to do this!
