    We bought a 2024 ********* ****** from the blue compass dealer in ****** ******* in November 2023. What a cheap piece of c*** it is. As the summer heated up, we noticed that the air conditioner in the bedroom did not work and would trip the breaker every time we turned it on. Kind of scary since this seems to me like a fire hazard. We also noticed that the rear tail light stayed lit day and night. Because it was still under warranty we decided to haul it up and get the warranty work done. Fix the ** and the tail light and make a couple small repairs that it needed. There was also a recall on it so we were going to get that taken care of too. We are now 30 days into it with no time on when we will get this thing back. Today I call up to customer service and by the time I hung up, I was livid and may have even been cussing a bit. Im greeted with somebody who wants to do nothing but make jokes and then compare my experience to me mowing somebody elses lawn and blowing the grass across the fence line. They tell me that they have no estimate on when they will get this done as they are still waiting for approval to get the warranty work finished. They then compare it to if I bought a car I would have the same issue. Are you kidding me?? I have purchased many cars through my life brand new off the lot and never had this issue with getting a warranty thing fixed. This is absolutely the worst customer service and experience that I have ever had and I can guarantee you that I will never buy anything from Blue Compass again. Buyers beware!!
