    I placed an order for two pair of sneakers on 1/1/2025 and never received my order or a refund. *** had numerous emails with the company about this issue but nothing has been done.

    Ordered on December 24, still have not received product. When reaching out initially, was told I would receive ***** days after that email (January 4). Further contact from them provided tracking numbers for *** which were not legit. Then same number which shows the item cleared customs nearly a month ago. I can't get an update or expected delivery date. Their phone number does not work and I'm basically getting the same generic response over and over. Already paid for order.

    I put in an order with this company. They sent me the wrong items. Said that they would send me the correct ones. I have still yet to receive them. I have reached out many times for clarification and help. I keep getting the same generic response and no resolution to my problem. I believe that the company is fraudulent.
