    Between July 23 and July 29. ***** ******* DBA Let's Go Viral Now and Major Label Marketing took payment of $5,250 to provide streaming services for 2 of my wife's songs. He had excuse after excuse, started swearing and speaking derogatorily at us via text and finally admitted he wasn't going to do anything nor refund the money.

    We use a 3rd party who already started the order and due to the recent hurricane the company we use was located in the effected area of the last major storm. We have reached out multiple times but seems they are no longer operating so both parties lost money on the deal nothing we can do act of god.

    I am rejecting this response because it is not accurate. The order was placed on July 22, 2024. the hurricane hit Oct 9. I had complained to the seller multiple times prior to Oct 9 that he was not performing according to the agreement and he always had an excuse. He is now using the hurricane as an excuse. He admits he took the money and did not fulfill the contract. He needs to refund the money, it is not my fault that his vendor failed to perform. That was his choice.

    We are trying to contact our vender when they get back up and running and complete the order we will let you know there is nothing we can do for now while they get their compnay back up and running and most of the order is complete anyway so there will not be any full refund.;
