    Date of transaction 09/30/2023; Amount paid to the business - $510.00 (deposit); What the business committed to provide me Signature Tours committed to providing me a 10-day Holy Land Trip to ****** from 02/23/25 thru 03/04/25; What the nature of the dispute is - The war broke out in ****** shortly after I paid my trip deposit. My tour to ****** was cancelled. Therefore, I have requested on several occasions since last year that Signature Tours refund my $510.00 deposit, but they have refused to do so even though their cancellation policy states I should be receiving a full refund for my cancel trip. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the dispute or not *******************, Signature Tours Representative, hosted a Zoom Meeting with the ****************** He declared the Israel trip has been cancelled, but would like to know if we were interested in switching our deposit over to a trip to ***** and *****. I spoke up and told both **** and the group that personally I was not interested because I already have a planned trip to *****. So I asked **** to refund my deposit. **** said at this point on the Zoom Meeting that he guarantee Signature Tours would refund my deposit as well as anyone else even if he; have to come out of my own pocket! He provided us an email so anybody can request a refund. I emailed **** and he has made every EXCUSE why he cant and is continuing to avoid refunding me back my $510.00 deposit!! Account/order/tracking number Order# RZVD476U - date 09/29/23. I want Signature Tours and/or ******************* to refund my $510.00 deposit as agreed!

    This tour, like many others, was canceled due to the conflict in ******. For any tour that is canceled, Signature Tours refunds all money paid, including the deposit. This particular tour was officially canceled by the pastor on April 30, 2024, via Zoom call with the participants. The pastor gave the group an option to go to *****/***** instead. For those who did not want to participate in the alternate tour, full refunds for this tour were issued on May 6th, less than a week later. We feel this refund was completed in a timely manner. No excuses were given. In fact, prior to the Zoom call, we encouraged the participants not to cancel and lose their deposit so that they would be refunded in full once the pastor officially canceled the tour.

    I am rejecting this response because: Signature Tours and especially ************************* have broken their promise to refund my deposit on numerous occasions as shown in my latest attachment. As of May 19, 2024, I have yet to receive a refund check from them as they stated would be mailed to me on May 07, 2024. At this point, ************** and Signature Tours have not been truthful to me and have made excuses after excuses on why they supposedly were going refund my deposit in full.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    UNBELIEVABLE!!

    Signature Tours and its representatives have constantly made excuses after excuses on why they have not refunded my requested $510.00.  Because of this, I am left with no other choice but to believe your intention is to scam and defraud me out of $510.00 which is a crime!

    I have a prominent college classmate Attorney friend in ******* who will handle this case on a Pro **** basis as a favor to me if necessary. I told to give you all every opportunity to do right by me before proceeding which is what I am doing thru my BBB complaint. 

    However, if Signature Tours and its representatives wish to avoid potential criminal charges and costly legal fees over just $510.00, I have a sure 100% way Signature Tours and its representatives can resolve this matter.

    1.) Signature Tours and its representatives can hand deliver a check for me in an unsealed envelope with prepaid postage with my previous given address on it to the Atlanta Better Business Bureau Office.
    2.) ***** a representative overseeing this case to verify the check is signed with the correct amount and made out to me before they seal the envelope.
    3.) Have the BBB representative verify the envelope is addressed properly to: *********************; 6099 Mt. Moriah Ext.; Ste. 9D; *******, Tn.  38115.
    4.) Then allow the BBB to place it in the So-called Troubled Outgoing Atlanta Mail.         

    I cant wait to hear your next excuses!  Just like in chess, It's your move!!

    Once again you lied because no refund check was mailed to either my home or business address this week.  I have been very patient by giving you every opportunity to prove yourself to be honest in your business dealings with me.

    As advised, I have gathered all of your fraudulent documentations as evidence of your intentions to scam and defraud me.

    This evidence is being reported to several Law Enforcements and ************** whose job it is too investigate scam and fraud reports.

    1. Both the Atlanta and Memphis Offices of the FBI.

     2. Both Local ************************ in ******* and ********

    3. Federal Trade Commission.

    4. Both ******* and Tennessee State Attorney General Offices.
