    On 8/13/24 I needed a tow and they were requested through my ****** (Farmers). They advised that my ins covered $100 but I needed to pay the "$58" difference and that they only accept it thru cash app or apple pay. I paid thru cash app and next thing I know they canceled the tow request through my ****** and now they do not answer the phone or return texts. And I'm out the $58 dollars. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING SERVICE!!! THEY ARE CON ARTISTS LIKE THE OTHER COMMENTS SAY AS WELL.

    On June 14th, my car broke and and Allstate sent Help Roadside and Towing Shortly after the tow truck driver arrived, I received a call from a man calling himself **** who said I would need to pay an extra $82 in order for them to finish this. My insurance had already paid out $100 at this point.**** said that they could only accepted payment through Apple Pay, Cash App, or by giving the driver cash. I initially protested,contacted Allstate who said it was unusual for them to not have a way to pay on the spot, but I had to pay anyway. I attempted to pay with a credit card through Cash App but they denied it, citing they did it for my protection.**** informer me that credit card payments usually didn't go through with them so it would have to be a debit card.I had to pay as I needed my car to transport my newborn daughter. The tow truck finally showed up to my place of residence and the driver who identified himself as *** had trouble getting my car off of the trailer. He lifted the front up on a ****, in an attempt to roll it off the **** onto the angled part of the trailer so that it would roll onto the ground. However the **** gave way a couple times, at one point making my drivers side wheel land on the trailer wheels He then used a **** on the rocker panel, with a chunk of a cinderblock on it in an attempt to give it extra height. This caused serious damage to car When the **** slipped the first time, the front bumper of my vehicle caught on the edge of the trailer, causing it to separate partly. My trunk had major difficulty with opening and closing as well. I can pull the trunk release, but it takes a great deal of effort, and even then it is stuck upwards, making the trunk unable to close until I force the release back down.There's also several new scratches along where he placed the **** with the cinderblock.They have refused to provide their insurance info, despite Allstate finding them liable for the damages.

    On 6/25/2023 at around 5:25pm, my RDX needed towing from *************, **. I contacted roadside assistance through ALLSTATE Insurance for towing services. Roadside assistance sent my information to the company, HELP TOWING AND ROADSIDE. A few minutes later, HELP TOWING AND ROADSIDE.called me and asked for CASHAPP payment of $132.42 for charges in excess of roadside assistance $100 payment. I sent the CashApp payment before he hung up the phone. He told me he would be at my location by 7:59 pm. I waited at the location until 9 pm when I called the number provided by ALLSTATE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. HELP TOWING AND ROADSIDE did not answer the phone so I left a voicemail message for them to return my call to give me an update. They did not return my call and subsequent calls went unanswered. I contacted ALLSTATE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE and they tried to contact HELP TOWING AND ROADSIDE. They were also unsuccessful. At 9:30 pm, I asked roadside assistance to find another provider who finally came out around 1 am on 6/26/2023.On 6/26, I tried to contact HELP TOWING AND ROADSIDE to get a refund but they still did not answer the phone. I called on 6/29/2023 and a representative answered the phone this time. I explained that I did not get the towing service even though I paid for towing. He told me a refund would be paid in 7 to 10 days. I went to CashApp and requested the refund for $132.42. After the ten days expired, I noticed in CashApp that my refund was denied. I tried to call HELP TOWING AND ROADSIDE and the call went straight to voicemail. I want my $132.42 back.

    6-10-2023 I called my ALLSTATE vehicle insurance roadside assistance to have my vehicle towed. Roadside assistance sent **** from HELP ******************************************* my information who then called me stating a tow truck was in route to me and there would be a $157 charge sending me a Cashapp request for $157. I then explained my ALLSTATE policy covers $100 and asked **** if he deducted the $100. **** said no and he would have to confirm with ALLSTATE that they cover $100 and would call me back. We hang up moments later he send cancels the $157 request and sends a $57 request. Shortly after that he calls me back confirming the charges and states payment must be made before services. I then make payment trying to waste no time as **** says it will already take the tow truck 120 minutes to reach as I'm stranded on the side of the road. After waiting over a hour and a half I call **** at HELP ******************************************* and he tells me the driver should be arriving in 30 to 40 minutes. After waiting about 20 more minutes I see my request was canceled on the ALLSTATE ROADSIDE app. I try and call **** back but get no answer now. I call ALLSTATE they get in contact with HELP ******************************************* and they tell ALLSTATE they came and wasn't able to tow vehicle because there was no key. HELP ******************************************* never showed up and now sends my calls to voice-mail. I made a refund request on Cashapp to no avail.
