    Be very careful here people... **** ******** in ****** is operating without insurance and/or qualified people. We called ***************** Assistance and they actually sent this company. **** came and for some reason parked their truck on a hill and ran a long cable -which broke... When it broke, it rolled back fast and damaged my car, mailbox and the curb. Thank GOD there was no one around. The driver knew the vehicle was drivable we told him. He put the hook on it anyway -wow,Its been about a month now and the owner texted me to say: "there is no check". I'm not sure how companies like this make it to roadside assistance without being vetted but **** ******** is just bad business! My advise to others is get the insurance info upfront...

    ***** Towing send someone to Tow my car. However, the tow driver had an accident and allowed the me car to fall of the truck damaging my car mailbox and cement curb. I tried to get ahold of the client but he refused. When he finally called back he said he didn't have any insurance and would not pay for the damages.

    After waiting for more than 2 hours and telling me can't complete my tow service,what a waste of time. The customer representative told me to wait from 5:30 pm until 7:00pm shift until the last minute of 120 mins by telling me not able to complete my request at 7:13pm. Stay away! Ridiculous! Irresponsible! No more business! Report the business to BBB and if possible, *** the company for my time loss.

    AVOID THIS DISHONEST COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. As you can see from the reviews below, this is a garbage company that cares nothing for the wellbeing of others - and they should not be given the responsibility to help others in potentially dangerous situations. My insurance company picked this place to tow my car after it would not start, in the freezing cold. I was given a 90-minute arrival time. That came and went. I called, calmly and politely asking when they would arrive. I was told they were a 'few minutes behind ... and would be there in ***** minutes' - not exactly a 'few' minutes - I let them know I needed to get to the mechanic before they closed. I was assured they would be here. After 45 minutes, I called back, still polite and calm - I was told the truck was in an intersection a few minutes away. Suddenly, nearly 2.5 hours after they were assigned, I received a text from my insurance company saying ANOTHER company was being assigned and would be there in AN HOUR. I called the towing company to ask what happened and they LIED and said my insurance cancelled it because they didn't meet my insurance's standards. When I called my insurance, they said nope - only a towing provider or customer can cancel and that the ******************** company had cancelled, without explanation. What if I had been stranded on the side of a highway, alone, in the freezing cold?When I called back - now LIVID because I was going to likely miss the mechanic as my car would not get there until after 7 pm (a 15 minute drive from where I was) - and the customer service person denied I was told the truck was nearby, LIED about the cancellation, continued to offer NO EXPLANATION or APOLOGY and just said 'We don't have a truck for you' and kept hanging up on me when I demanded an explanation. Then they refused to answer any calls. They should not be in business. The company that DID help me was amazing. This place is the absolute worst.
