Purchased a tractor a little over 2 months ago, since it has been repaired once and back in again! The dealership is telling us it is not covered under warranty when it's a known issue! First it was the hydralic cap which caused the entire system to bw catastrophic and they ended up replacing the entire tractor! Now it's the oil filter that has fallen out and they are telling us it is **** to replace! The fact you can't even use this tractor without breaking is pathetic. What is the point of a warranty when you don't honor. They are trying to blame it on us when all we did was mow and clear brush. I expect my warranty to cover repairs.

I bought a GC ****eb tractor from a local dealer and after 17 hours of use, I had a piece of rebar buried in the ground come up and hit the hydraulic filter and broke the threaded part off the housing. Now I understand that accidents do happen but I feel the design on the plate that is suppose to protect the filter only increased the odds that it would hit the filter. There are many aftermarket plates now and now I understand why. I tried to get this fixed under warranty but was informed that warranty does not cover bad design of this part. Had I know of this design flaw, i would have replaced the shield with an aftermarket one.

I purchased a new 2021 Massey Ferguson **** tractor on 1/28/22 at premier Equipment in ******* ** from *************************. On 05/18/22 while using the backhoe it lost all hydraulic pressure with only 43 hours on it making it impossible to lift backhoe and outriggers. I immediately contacted my sales rep ***** who transferred me to the service ***** No one seemed to know what to do. After messing with the tractor for several hours I finally got the outriggers and backhoe back in to travel position. On May 19th I drove 2 hours to drop the tractor off with ****** their Service Mgr. at Premier to be repaired and also requested to have 50 hour services done while they were repairing the hydraulics who was extremely rude. After a week I called to check the status and was told they are waiting on parts. I called called again the following week and was told they fixed the wrong part and was waiting on parts again. I called again the next week and told the same thing. Each time asking if the 50 hr service was done and was told No each time. No one ever contacted me throughout the month to update me on the progress. On around 6/20/22 I called again to check on the status and was told it was ready. I asked if the service was done and was told they didnt know I wanted it to be but it would be before i picked it up. I paid the $250 for the service and as I was loading tractor for transport I asked *************************** if the grease fittings and filters were changed and was told that all a 50 hr service consists of is basic oil change. He looked to the new Managers teenage kids and asked them which they said they didnt do anything but change the oil. I informed them that the 50 hr service should include all filter change and fluid change and greased up and check all loose bolts etc. After returning home I discovered that the oil filter was put on wrong with a wrench which could damage my equipment. There are wrench marks all over the filter. Very unprofessional.
