Been paying a yearly fee for years. Can not tell you how long it has been because have never been able to use the service and have long since destroyed the original contract. Have sent letters to the company requesting that they stop charging me the yearly fee, but it still continues. Several complaints of fraud have been filed by several Attorney Generals from what I can see on the web. When I was issued a new credit card, I did not give them the new expiration date when they requested it, yet they still were able to charge my credit card. I assume they just added a couple of years onto the expiration date and resubmitted the billing. Go to their website and there isn't any recent information. For a company with several Attorney General complaints, I find it hard to believe that they only have six reviews, and they are pre COVID reviews. Hard to believe that they are even still in business. Checking ****** Maps the business listed for their business address is *************; ******************. They are a fraud and you need to change your A rating and they need to stop billing our charge card.

Please accept this note as Vacation Network's (VNI) official response to *** ***** ******* Millers complaint. Vacation Network, *** (VNI) refutes and denies all allegations made by *** *******.

In contrary to *** ********* complaint, *** is very much in business. We are still putting clients on vacation prior to covid and still after covid. All he has to do is pick up the phone and call our toll-free ************** which is the same toll free number he has called in the past and which we've had for 24 years now. He could easily speak with someone in regards to booking a vacation or any other concern he may have.

*** ******* nor his wife has ever submitted a Reservation Request Form to travel via the website or via ***** In addition ** or **s.. ******* has never called the reservation department in any attempt to try in use the services. So *** refutes any claim that he has been unable to use the services with any fault of VNI.

If *** ******* wishes not to continue with the services then *** accepts this complaint as his official request to close his account with VNI and VNI will discontinue any future ************** Charge renewals.

Per this complaint, ***** and ***** ****** account with ******************** has been closed as of today 10/10/24

VNI considers this complaint officially closed per our response-

My late husband, ********************* and I entered into an agreement with Vacation Network, Inc. on 08/30/2011, (acct # ******** or #*********, and have paid this off entirely. Then following his death, I was contacted by at least 2 other companies, saying that we needed to travel with them, or forfeit the $7k we had already paid, and that they were out of business. We were never able to travel, due to various things, ranging from nothing being available that interested us, especially their strong selling point of the much discounted Excess Inventory, to ****'s illness and death. After not hearing from them in over 2 years, I was surprised to receive a letter from them on 11/15/2023, saying that I owed for 2 years! I want to have them stop billing me, and honor my request to be left alone, with my balance paid in full at this point.

This is the first notice Vacation Network has received regarding ******************** desire to close her account. A simple phone call to VNI would have accomplished this. VNI sends our condolences to **************** as we were not aware of her husband passing. Per her request, her account has been closed with no money owed. VNI also reached out to **************** earlier and left a voice message her account has been closed .

      Respectfully,

We entered into an agreement with Exclusive Travel, LLC January 24, 2020 for $1,149.00. They were to provide us 1 week accommodations provided by VNI (Vacation Network, Inc.) for an annual service charge of $239. The last amount taken in March of 2022 was $248.56. I attempted to book a weeks vacation in *******, **. For March 12, 2023, and was offered only one property and told that was all they had available. I send the request in September 12, ******************************************************************************** advance. I could not get a response for a location from ***** until 1/16/23 offering ** ********************** in *********, **. I read the reviews of roaches and **** and asked for another recommendation and was told that she had no other inventory available for our dates. At this point, I read your complaints on the BBB site and left ***** a message to discontinue our request. We wish to terminate our contract with this company because it is not what was represented when we purchased it. Any help you can give to dissolve our contract and refund what we paid would be appreciated. I am sending an emailed request to ***** today to terminate our contract.
