    Through a warranty claim this company set an appointment with a 4 hour window to come check and repair my fridge. They did not show up, they did not call or text and I have left several messages with them and two weeks later still have not heard anything. I have also left them an email that there phone message says is the preferred method for a quick response. And no response to that either.

    Unprofessional Unreliable Lacks communication skills Through an extended warranty I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with this company. For six weeks, I have had a broken washing machine and it has yet to be fixed. No one can tell me what is wrong with it and whatever piece they have ordered This time is on back order and they dont know when its gonna come in and wasnt gonna call us to communicate that information. This company is not BBB accredited, and they never will be. Whenever you see their name, just skip on over them to save yourself the hassle.

    This is the worst service company I have dealt with . They come look at the freezer and leave without doing anything and says it is working while it is not freezing and everything is melting.If I could have gave them zero I would have.

    Horrible management and experience. Tech didnt do anything at all. When I got to talk to the office, **** was extremely rude and spoke to me as if I were a child. The tech did not do as asked and was telling me it was more of a concern of their business rating than to help me, their customer. I wish I would have read these reviews before the appointment was made. Not surprised when I saw they are not backed by the BBB. One star is still too much credit. They deserve no stars.
