    Since they " Upgraded " and became more known their quality of service has gone DOWN. Poor handling of phone call transfers, they prioritize new customers since its more financially beneficial for them and overlook existing clients with tech and claim support. I have been trying to get help *** claims not sending for three days while sending emails for help and being on hold for up to 4 hours, just to be disconnected on purpose it seems. Still no response going on day 5 now with claims continuing to get rejected. Once this is resolved our practice will be switching to a different billing service.

    Used this company for years as it started out as Renniasance for our claim submission. Practice was sold to a new dentist so we were told the price would be triple of what it was under the old dentist and they talked me in to the Opera DDS service that they offered. Big mistake. Cant even explain how many extra hours I have had to deal with litterealy hundreds of claims that were messed up. In addition patients are constantly being notified for appointments that have been canceled and others told they need appointments when their continuing care is set up correctly. So, So, So, frustrating. Customer support is worthless. ****** learned- if it seems too good to be true it probably is.
