    I Purchase 50 Campaign Yard Sign on 8/8/24. I paid for them in advance $282.75.I was given 45 signs with the promise I would receive the balance of 5 when they came in.I Initially was given 39 signs, 3-4 week later I received 6 additional signs.I am due 5 signs and was told that I could not receive a refund.I have made several visits to this business to resolved this situation. I feel this company are run by crooks that take your money and do not run a honest business.

    While it is disheartening that we must address a fraudulent and baseless complaint, we at The East Point Printing Company pride ourselves on delivering exemplary customer service for over 35 years. When the error was discovered in the quantity of signs, the customer was informed that the additional signs were available for pick up. The customer has been informed via telephone and to date has not responded nor retrieved the additional signs. We sincerely hope to resolve this matter as tarnishing our name and brand due to his own negligence is extremely counter productive.

    I am rejecting this response because: This business continues to lie to cover up their poor customer service. My contact person was ***, who informed me that when the signs finally can in he did not call me for a pick up.

    All I wanted was my $29 refund for the signs I ordered and did not receive. Securing these signs was very important to me,I call periodically for and update and was given the run around like this response to my complaint.

    This business seems to blame the customer for there poor service.

    We will not continue to address fraudulent claims nor slander. This signs are available for pick up as noted to the customer. The baseless claims by the customer have been addressed and we will no longer continue in an unproductive dialogue.

    I am rejecting this response because:Dear  business owner as you know these were presidential election signs which made them time sensitive. I did not hear from you during the campaign period letting me know that they were in. I called *** after November the 5th (election day) to request a refund (5 Signs) that's when he informed me that they came, but he did call me for pick due to the lateness of your delivery. I am just trying to get what I promised during the election period.. You have proven to me over and over again that your concern for your customer is zero. I tried to get satisfaction from you..  please consider this case closed .
