Previously I bought a cylinder head from this company and it was installed on my vehicle by a respected and ASE certified mechanic. These parts only lasted a month before failure. Their warranty policy states they will cover parts up to a year, and labor up to 3 months (the labor portion is not listed on their website but I was given this info by one of their workers).Since it had only been a month I asked them to cover labor but they are repeatedly refusing. I would like them to cover labor for $35 an hour like stated in their policy. Also, the new parts they have warrantied back to me my mechanic stated, Are poor quality and will likely not last long. Their company claims to produce high quality parts that meet and exceed OEM specifications so I would like them to send parts that do meet those standards.

I purchased a part from this company, and had to return it. They have advertisements clearly stating that returns are free. After sending it back I was told I would have to pay $40 freight charge as well as a 15% stocking fee. I have showed this company several times that it states returns are free and by stating that and then charging for it is false advertisement. I have been met with lies and threats

I am rejecting this response because:

Why would the things they put up front on their ads not count because they have a hidden return policy that says it doesnt. That is what false advertisement is. They are now withholding the rest of my return funds in some sort of personal vendetta for calling them out on the fraudulent and misleading link for their website  and making a claim against them

I have already told the consumer I don't know where that ad is located. He order the wrong item and accepts zero responsibility. We have issued credit per our return policy posted on our website per merchant services guidelines.

I am rejecting this response because: this is what the links from this companies products looks like when sharing. It clearly says the company name as well as free returns available

    Sincerely,
