      On 3/1/22 I ordered 2 custom built 2022 **** Broncos through **** Jones ****. I recieved notifications via email from **** from VIN assignment, production, shipping, and delivery. The first vehicle was delivered to the dealer in May and I purchased with no issue. I recieved the same notifications for the second vehicle. I recieved the email from **** stating that the vehicle had arrived. I contacted my salesman the next morning and he stated that they were not going to sell the vehicle to me and were going to sell it to someone else. When asked why, it was stated because they became aware that I had already traded the first ordered vehicle that I had purchased from them at another dealership. A complaint was reported by me to **** and the sales manager stated the same reason for not selling the vehicle that I ordered to me. The ordering for the **** Broncos has since been put on hold and another cannot be ordered at this time.**** Jones **** sold the vehicle that I ordered to another individual based on discrimination against me for trading in a vehicle that I owned to another dealer. Attempts have been made to contact ***************************** (owner) for further explanation and have been unsuccessful at this time. A satisfactory solution, as my custom ordered bronco has been sold, is to provide me with a comparable 2022 **** Bronco to purchase at the same agreed upon price as the one I ordered.
