Can’t recommend these guys. We just had them install countertops and it didn’t go as anticipated as they were highly recommended. There was some miscommunication in the beginning that I take full responsibility for. In the end, after being told several times that “if we did bad work then we wouldn’t still be in business”, we are left with a bowed countertop that has jagged wooden shims sticking out of it.

United Stone strives for excellence in our craftsmanship and customer service. The install of this project was performed on Jan 25th the customer called in with concerns on the 26th. Our install crew returned in 3 business days to address the concerns. Upon arrival the 3 hard working, dependable, experienced, respectful young men were met by **. ******* who immediately yelled foul language at them for some sheet rock dust that was under the cabinet and continued the foul language and yelling until they left. **. ******* did not allow the employees to remove the dust. The installers were there to look at a complaint about shims being under the countertop which is normal to use on quartz and natural stone to level things up, whether it be for the cabinets or material being installed. The only way to see the shims is to get under the counter top and take a close up picture. We returned in good faith because we do care about our customers and will continue to improve in craftsmanship and customer service.
