I bought a Legacy manufactured home in April 2022 from ******** Homes in ******* **. It was delivered in September 2022. There was a long list of construction problems that I brought to the attention of ******** and Legacy. Some of the issues were fixed within the one-year warranty period. However, many of the problems were not fixed. Each time I talked or emailed or texted the service manager at the Legacy factory in **********, they assured me they would send a crew back down to fix issues such as a nonfunctional heater, the HVAC return unit having an opening too small to change the filter, walls that are misaligned, a cracked front door, trim hanging off the walls. I spoke to the new Legacy service manager in June and she promised they'd return the week of July 4. Since then, she has not replied to my
emails or phone messages and not answered my calls. All I want is for ******** to do the service work under warranty. I know the one-year warranty is over but I have emails and texts showing these problems and more were reported way before the warranty was up.

The response is accurate in that Legacy told me their contractor will call me with an appointment date. So far, the contractor has not called to make an appointment.

The contractor called this afternoon and said they would be here Monday.

I ordered a tiny home from Legacy Housing Corp, DBA Tiny House of Atlanta on Feb. ** 2022. The tiny home was delivered to the lot on March *** 2022 with numerous issues such as missing doors, damaged floors, some areas external not painted, missing washer and dryer, missing refrigerator, cabinet door not closing and holes interior walls. During this time kept being told the home was being worked on On May *** I was advised that the tiny home was ready with a few things on back order. On May *** I came to the lot to sign papers, the cabinets were not fixed, washer and dryer missing (said it was on back order), the refrigerator did not have an ice maker as ordered (was told it would be swapped out after delivery due to on back order), the floors were still damaged. After delivery on May *** the bedroom drawers would not slide in, they said they would send a repair man out when the correct refrigerator, washer and dryer came in so he could do everything in one trip. Sense then I've been told the washer and dryer were discontinued and the there was nothing they could do about the refrigerator except look at refunding the amount I was supposed to pay for those items. It's been months and they will not return any of my calls. Per the contact I paid the following: Refrigerator w/ ice maker, Washer and Dryer. I had to pay a repairman to repair draw's 4 hr's x 40.00 hr just to use the draws.
The Corp. Office did finally respond on ******* saying a repairman will be out and they would have the ******** location write a check on Aug. *** and overnight it. The repairman did come out and look at what needed repairing, left and has yet to return. There has been no check received or any call letting me know the status. I think, they think because I'm 72 years old I'll forget about it.
