    This builder is the absolute worse. They will do anything to make a dollar and cut corners at every possible instance. THEY CANT EVEN CAULK A SHOWER HEAD. Beware, behind the walls of their showers, their is absolutely ZERO protective barrier installed. our upstairs shower flooded into the kitchen while we were asleep and after servepro came in and opened the walls, we were able to see their poor work. They will not honor their home warranty at all. POOR POOR POOR BUSINESS. THEY SHOULD BE SUED.

    Oconee homes look good at a glance but they build them fast and use cheap sub-contracters. Once you move in you will see all the cheap, poor quality work. They do not like to honor their warranty and will give you the run around for MONTHS! They are more worried about moving on to the next neighborhood then building quality homes. Buyer beware!
