      Please read this review before working with this company. Contractors should avoid this company.One of the owners name rhymes with day. He does not want to hire experienced lighting technicians because they are aware of piece work and reimbursements. He also pays you based on your attitude. Bad attitude equals no pay. Good attitude equals some or exact pay. You will often be referred to as an electrician apprentice. He calculates payroll but blames his significant other if your payment was unintentionally incorrect.Review their new hire packet and contracts (which were written by a fifth-grader) with a lawyer. I know two past employees who successfully sued this company. They do not have an office. You will be paid by piece work. You will not know the price per fixture so dont bother asking the owners. The rate of per diem is based on your production. Per diem is $10 to $30. It gets worse! The company claims that they will pay half of your fuel expense from office to job site and job site to job site but fuel is not reimbursed often. There is NO pay for travel time or vehicle allowance. Day rates are based on experience. Day rates are from $100 to $200. This company does not pay any additional expenses. Good luck being paid per diem, day rates, fuel reimbursements, etc.The crews lodge in cheap ************** with bad reviews. Do not expect your hotel to have breakfast. You will travel from home directly to the job site and work the same day.95% of the work for this company is subcontracted from one electrical service company located in ******, **. The solutions to the existing lighting fixtures for most of their projects are laborious, troublesome, unnecessary, or unfavorable.The work can be consistent but the pay is sporadic. There are other companies with better opportunities, ethics, benefits, and pay! You just have to network with lighting technicians and ********.
