    She Paints & Upgrades LLC owner ***************************** picked up my ********************* table to refurbish it on Date of transaction 4/28/2022 a 35% deposit paid in the amount of $80.85 Invoice# **** as a paint deposit to paint the table. On 5/26/2022 a 65% final payment was paid of $150.00 Invoice #**** which completed the work. She never brought my table back to me. I consistently asked her repeatedly she give me a date that she would return the finished table but never does. I am a senior she say I had no room for my table but that isnt true I wouldnt ask her to bring my table if I had no room I have a **** sq ft home & plenty of room. She keep saying she will bring it but she cant say when she will bring it. Its been 10 months now. She has ignored phone calls voicemails messages on both her # *********************** she blocked investigator ***************************** she oversees the Nexts door ******** social platform where her business is advertised. There are other clients on Nexts door that complained about her unprofessional ************** not returning their items. Her address is *************************************************************************** she has two other addresses ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* she is 32 years old. She said she would return it last on 1/4/20** I have many messages & calls I made when she didnt return it she avoided them all after complaining on next doors site she finally replied 1/16/20** & 1/24/20** saying on both messages she was still in ******* & will return it when she returns to **. I asked when will that be & she never responds. ***************************** nexts door ******** email ****************************************************** **************************************** the website she-paints-H33383****43330333438H-llc.business.site/ I did file a thief by deception of a senior citizen detective ****** contact # ********** case # **-007160 I havent filed a warrant hoping she would return table I told her I am home all day everyday come anytime

    Client was not home and able to receive the product when it was originally complete and was made aware that I travel in & out of town for business. She asked me to store the table because she had no space at her current resident & the table was placed in my storage unit. After several attempts to deliver, I stopped reaching out to the client and continued to store it as originally requested in my storage unit in *********, **. I have every intention on attempting to redeliver the table to the client as soon as I arrive back in town. Client has posted my personal address current & old via social media and has people harassing me, and reaching out without knowing the fool context of the situation , I urge you please do not post the previous message by the client as she has my personal home addresses in the message

    I am rejecting this response because: someone is always at my home she never delivered my table if she had I would have it. Also the numerous emails requesting my table shows proof I had plenty of room for it. If I had no room I would not consistently ask for it. I never asked or gave her permission to store my table she is making this up to justify her not returning my table. Several people on Nexts door site say the same about her not returning items. I received a message after the detective asked me to see when she would be here to return my table she sent 3/31/23 she would be here & will contact me with a date when she is here. She has been consistently saying she would return my item have given dates when she would but never does I have stressed to her many of times I am home everyday all day to bring it anytime without an appointment just simply bring it. She never did. She also say she told me she travels back & forth to ******* but that isnt true either because. Only found out she was in ******* after sending numerous messages. She have no proof or evidence that she attempted to bring my table & I wasnt here she has no proof or evidence that I asked her to store my table. The truth is that I have asked her to bring my table for the last 9 months. I wouldnt have all these messages asking for it. If she had returned my table we wouldnt be here today or neither would I had to let the next door ******** neighbor know this was happening to me. I found out she has done others the same way. I warned her of all this before it was done but she simply ignored me as usual I have so many emails sent to her that wasnt responded to. I have so many voicemail messages that was ignored & after people start saying how unprofessional her business is & her behavior thats when she responds with lies like she tries delivering & no one was home I have nest doorbell it records all visitors she was never here and again I never told her I had no room or to store it in her storage these are all lies. I did ask her to not rush the job because I wanted this done right & professionally done but come on 9 months! smh, thats terrible for a customer thats been asking for a coffee table that does need much room at all. Please post all on BBB sites to warn customers before you get more complaints they have more people that havent turned her in. I didnt want to but she consistently  will not bring my table. I have messages she would bring it in July, then Dec ***** then Jan 4 now March 31 so when will I get my table really? She need to give me all my money back plus the cost of the table until she return my table back to me. Its not fair I have to wait this long to get what I paid for & whats is mines. Thank you

    I am rejecting this response because: I have waited long enough & she has a negative attitude about holding my table & been saying she will bring it several times before so why do I have to continually be put on hold & wait another month? I have all her locations addresses & will be forced to file the warrant for her arrest if she cant refund the $230.85 I paid her no later than 3/7/23 & an additional payment arrangement can be set up of $250.00 for the table. If I have to wait another month this is a fair solution please send payment to cash app $Payyancy the funds can also be paid however BBB requires & placed on hold until this matter is resolved.
