    My items in storage were ruined from rainwater flooding into the unit. The owner refused to reimburse me for my losses. A new mattress was completely ruined. The website stated that the business owner was responsible for flooding damage. After I complained and wanted reimbursement, he removed the page from the website. He refused to accept responsibility and very rudely said I should have had insurance. He repeatedly called me back harassing me even though I told him I did not want to rent the unit anymore because of flooding.

    She needs to pay the outstanding amount. She moved out without paying the bill. No other unit was flooded. She needs to contact us directly.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I don’t owe them anything. I contacted them when I moved out. My items were ruined. The storage place has steep clay hills over 20 feet high surrounding the place. The water when it rained flooded my unit.
