    We had a unit rented and had it on auto pay. Got a bill each month and it would say your unit set up for autopay. Your card will be charged. Last two bills showed twice the amount and a late fee. I called and was rudely spoken to. I was told they had changed software and the auto pay was encrypted and couldnt be brought over. She said they had been trying to reach me by phone or email. All emails said auto pay enabled and I never received any calls until I called and left a message. She took my card # (read it back incorrectly) and then got it right and charged me. When I looked, it had late fees(x2) charged. I called her back and she was soooo rude. My wife who was listening was shocked. She made me forward the emails (that said I was on autopay). She finally agreed to refund the late fee and we cancelled our rent. I have never been treated so rude in my life.
