    On July 1, 2024 I ordered custom plantation shutter for my master bathroom. The owner Kevin came out and measured. The order took 7 weeks to come in. The installer came and installed on September 4, 2024. After completion of the install, I contacted the company to tell them the shutter was not acceptable. It was off on one side and the top not level. The owner Kevin, came right over and told me he was going to make a frame from the materials of my old shutter and he would come back out and insert. It is now over 8 weeks and I continue to get the run around. This is just not acceptable. I’m a customer with a damaged product was promised something to be done to correct it and I’m still getting the run around. Excuse after excuse and I can’t even get Kevin to call me and make this situation right. I’m at my breaking point. I would like a full refund for this shutter and I will seek a more reputable company.

    They responded to me on Thursday the 14 of November.  Setup to come out on Friday the 15 around 10:30 am to take the shutter out bring back to the shop add the frame and return by end of the day.  Friday came no one showed up or called.  This is just a ridiculous situation and I am considering taking this further.  Can you please advise?
