    We were apart of the ACA family (competition cheerleading) for two of my girls. We paid an upfront fee of $6450. My husband has taken on a new job and we are/will be relocating so I reached out to the the owner/coach Rachel and she stated in her text messages that there is no termination fee as well as there is no fees in the contract and she would look at my girl’s accounts and blocked me from texting or calling her. She also tried to say the money that I paid for my kids would be used for someone else and my contract and money was for the two that I signed up. I just want refund/credit for Nov to Apr as my girl’s last day was Oct 25, 2024. My oldest was on an elite team and we are owed a balance of $1875 for tuition for her and my *****est was on a novice team and we are owed a balance of $1320. I have attached the fees and text messages from the coach/owner herself

    To Whom It May Concern,


    Our Allstar Packet and Contract clearly outline the policy regarding refunds for individuals leaving the program. As stated in the Policies and Expectations section, which was signed (see attached), "I understand that if my family/athlete must leave due to military, court, or job orders, I will not be charged a termination fee. However, I will not receive refunds for any services rendered or items purchased."


    Additionally, the Payment Agreement section specifies, "I (We) understand that if I am dismissed from or withdraw from the program for any reason, I will not receive a refund for any fees paid, including payments made in full under payment option #3, optional fees, or uniform costs." A copy of the signed document is also attached for your reference.


    We are simply adhering to the terms outlined in the Allstar Packet and Contract, which Mrs. ***** signed when enrolling her daughters. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We would be happy to provide the full signed document if needed.
