      To Whom It May Concern:

      I called ** ***** 2023, and spoke to “Joel” regarding my french drain for the property located on *** ***** **** ********** ** *****. SunDown Construction LLC installed a French drainage system across the backyard and up right side to sidewalk but it is not draining properly. My backyard and side of the property has continued to have standing water and as a result, it is propagating to the inside of my home which is causing significant damage to my property. I’m currently serving in the military and have been juggling this issue since 2020 between my training events and deployments.

      I’ve spent countless hours calling the company and expressed my concern but haven’t had any positive experience or any response. I’ve been given reasons as to why SunDown LLC cannot fulfill their warranty obligation like:
      - “Billy” is not here
      - Of course there will be standing water, it’s been raining
      - “Billy” **** *** **** - There was a family emergency
      - I’ll have someone call you
      - “The ******* was this week, you know how that goes”

      I’ve called plumbers and other technicians to see if there is any water leaks within my plumbing system and they’ve confirmed that there are no leaks within my water pipes that would cause damage to my home.
      I’ve also received a statement from another French drain company stating that the install of the French drain was improper and the wrong system.

      My property manager Mrs. has also spoken to their staff and their staff has been rude, provided poor customer service, and excuses to why SunDown Construction cannot fulfill their “20 Year Warranty” statement.

      As a result, this has cost me time, hundreds of dollars, and tens of thousands of dollars in damages.
