Mr ***** is the builder on the property at *****************. During the final walk thru at ************* Road ******* Ga XXXXX me and my husband point out things that were wrong, a whole list of problems. They told us they would correct these issues ASAP. This was on ******* as of today None of the issues have been completed. If these can not be resolved in the next 30 days I would like to Not buy this house. The swimming pool is greener than the pond and they say it is the person they hired, he didn't do his job. Well hire someone else! I want a new liner put in that pool said that at the final walk thru and I have a recording of that as well. They made plenty of profit off this house and now the closing has been done they do not want to complete the projects that they had already told us they would do. On top of that the price for the home went up $50,000 from when they were going to sell us the house over a year ago. They have been working on this house for close to 2 years now and they still don't have it done. They hire workers that don't know what they are doing. Plus isn't a house that had a lot of work done inside of it need to be Cleaned inside and out! We still have nails all around the house and I am afraid they will find there way in our tires. I was told they were going to pressure wash the back porch but they have yet to get that done. We were told by the seller we need to call the head person in charge of the repairs...Why do we have to call him the seller should be doing this? The lender company is ***** ******* at ***** ****** M********************************* XXXXX XXX-XXX-XXXX Sellers ***** ***** (*****'s LLC) and ***** ******* *****************************. ***** ******* cell number ********************************************. I do not even want to live in this house anymore. Do I need to get an attorney involved in is? We were Lied to.

we sold the house to my best friend Mr. *******, Ms. ******* married him and he quick deeded the home to her. Mr. ******* is still my best friend. All the concerns completed with the exception of the pool contractor who is in the process of completing. Counter tops are awaiting the manufacturer to look at the stain. Business did not do any business with Mrs *******. They flip houses and Mr. ******* purchased the home and at closing asked for her to be on the deed. Her association is with the lender who hold the deed not our business. If Mr. ******* agrees that there is a problem please let me know and I will address it.

    Consumer Response /* (3000, 17, 2022/11/28) */
Mr. ***** is Not Mr.******'s Friend, a friend wouldn't do you this way. I need the pool liner replaced as the pool guy can not fix it he has stated. Once this is complete everything will be done and Mr. ***** will not have any reason to contact me or my husband. My husband is going though a lot right now with his mother and doesn't need this added stress Mr. ***** is putting on him. I would like for Mr. ***** to contact my husband and come up with a time for the liner to be replaced in the pool. We need this taken care of ASAP.
