    I have had two covered storage units with monster. They consistently raise their rates at will to the point where they are using false advertising tactics to get renters in and then raise rates. Some by 50 dollars at a time. From what I'm being told this a a cut and dry case of false advertising and a case is very possible. Unless of course the current notice to raise rates on my unit is removed.

    I am Marco B****, the Senior Director Of Monster Self Storage Evans. We have not spoken to this customer as my Area Manager and myself were not aware of any issues. However, I will have my Area Manager reach out to the customer to resolve the issue. Move in specials are common in the storage industry and have nothing to do with false advertisement.

     

    In either case, we will be looking to contact the customer and as stated above to resolve the issue.
