      Interior doors were superb definitely recommend these guys great customer service

      Ground crew installing windows great team and hard work plus the supervisor. The order team and Window Company they use are getting the poor rating here.
      We asked about screens when ordering and said we wanted lower screens only. Windows arrived weels later for installation. No Screens. Moreover no hand les. I mean come on who builds/supplies windows without lift handles these days. Or which installer would not accomodate on this? [Or let the customer know].
      "Well screens need to be ordered after installation? OK. "But we paid for them right?" "No". Weeks later after several delays and on hold they arrived today. A few dented upon installation. A few with 1 inch gaps. Come on what is the use of a screen with huge gaps - big enough for a mouse to crawl in or bugs?
      Blame is not with the team installing (we liked then a lot and there were a lot of them and went aboive and beyond at actual instal.) The issue is with management ordering team and whomecer supplies second rate windows at $1000+ a piece.
      I recommend treading very carefully with this Company. Ensure in writing exactly what you ordered/day you ordered and what you will get for the costs.
      And that additional features don't get charged for extra after the windows arrive and you cannot say - "no take them back!".
