    Ms. ********************** was a vendor at the Capital Jazz Festival, and I was a patron. On Sun, 6/4/2023 I purchased three pieces of artwork, two were onsite of the festival and were to be delivered on Mon 6/5/2023 and one item was a custom piece, to be shipped within 45 days. Each piece was priced at $900 and there was a charge of $300 for shipping the custom piece from GA to MD; the total cost was $3000 for which I Apple Paid her. On 6/5/2023, one piece was hand delivered, one piece was present but damaged from packers packing the van after the festival. Ms. ********************** said she could repair it and would ship it along with my custom piece. Ms. ********************** has yet to ship the two pieces of artwork as agreed upon when the exchange of funds. Each update was from me asking for a status; 6/23 status request resulted in her asking for more time on 7/10 due to a hand injury. I've made several attempts to gain a status with no luck. Finally, she answered my call and stated that she was out of town but had completed the work and will ship on Fri 10/13. I requested confirmation and a tracking number on Sat, 10/14 but have not heard back from Ms. **********************. I paid Ms. ********************** $3000 on Jun 4th and am requesting a $2100 refund for the cost of the two art pieces (custom and repaired) at $900 each totaling $1800, plus $300 the shipping cost paid. If she cannot send the two pieces out immediately, I want my money back!
