    Shipped 370 dollar shoes with this company August ******* some how the package was delivered to where they were not supposed to be delivered to August ******* I contact the company and owner said ***** have to figure out what exactly Happened after I was told the employee put the wrong shipping label even though I provided her with the correct shipping label owner then tells me itll take up to 30 days for them so see if where it was wrongly delivered to would reach out after the time frame was up the owner said ***** give a refund she then gives me the run around said she was waiting on her lawyer for some paper work I had to sign finally a week or 2 go by I received the paperwork which I signed and sent back via email after I was told the check would be sent through mail was told by the company the check was sent out which I never received I then emailed the owner letting her know I never got the check and she said shell send other one sent out but it has to be after 30 days to make sure no one cashed it in that time frame 30 days go by she said it was sent out again never received it again *** reached out to the company multiple times after and have not received any response which it is now December
