***** ********************** was hired in 2022 as a general contractor for my new home construction. I have two complaints regarding Mr. ************************* Failure to pay subcontractors. The first company completed concrete foundation work and the second company completed dirt transport to the property. Mr. ********************** received $30K for concrete work and did not pay the concrete company $23K. He also received $10K for the property dirt transport and didn't pay $4750 of the balance to the company. Both companies placed liens on my property and I had to pay the monies again to have the liens removed. I am also seeking thief warrant charges due to the liens through Rockdale County Court. 2. As part of his duties and contract for the construction of my home, Mr. ********************** failed to maintain erosion barriers on the property as discussed with him by Rockdale County ************* and barriers outlined in the land disturbance permit. Mr. ********************** allowed dirt from the property to erode into state waters on the property violating the land disturbance permit. Rockdale County issued a work stop order in March 2024 requiring and ordering Mr. ********************** to clear out eroded dirt from the state waters and he failed to do so. By law, the general contractor is responsible for placing a maintaining erosion barriers on construction sites. Prior to March 2024, Mr. ********************** was cited twice by Rockdale County ************* for failure to maintain erosion barriers on my property. Due to his negligence, I had to pay conpanies to correct his failures on the property. Mr. ********************** should not have a contractor's license and only intentions are to collect monies from clients because construction projects results in thousands of dollars in a contractor's hands. His intentions are to manipulate monies as he decides.
