    ZERO STARS. LESS THAN ZERO STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. On Wed, Dec 4, I was notified by my bank that I had a $395 charge from Get Air in ************, **. This charge is FRAUDULENT, as I live multiple states away. I called Get Air within minutes of the charge showing up in my account and told the agent that the charge was fraudulent. They said it was an online booking for a birthday party, but that since I couldn't PROVE it was fraudulent, they would not cancel the party. THE ***** IS THAT I SAID IT IS FRAUDULENT BECAUSE I DON'T EVEN LIVE IN THAT STATE!!! Because Get Air has refused to cancel the charge, my checking account is now HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS in the negative and has been for 6 days (as of today 12/9). I am a single parent who is now unable to buy FOOD, GAS, or even Christmas gifts for my family. My bank said that they cannot help me until they receive the funds back from Get Air. Who knows how long that will be. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH A PLACE SUCH AS GET AIR. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR THE WAY THEY ARE HANDLING THIS. *******. *******. *******. They could have canceled the transaction IMMEDIATELY and saved me from the STRESS and FRUSTRATION that has turned my financial world upside down for the last week. Get Air needs to DO BETTER!
