    I believe this is how all autoshops should operate. Friendly, transparent, and fair. Let me know everything up front and everyone I talked to showed they really cared about the customers and the work. Would 100% recommend to everyone I know who needs work done.

    Rarely do you find a business that cares about the customer as much as the folks at Finnicky Car Sales & Repair.
    Understanding your view of your vehicle's service needs is foremost in their approach to customer service! Before they do anything, they want to ensure that they have a crystal clear understanding of the problem as you understand it.
    More importantly, they made certain that we were “on the same page” regarding steps necessary to diagnose, and confirm, what service issues actually existed with my car.
    As a result, I was able to get my car serviced, and was kept informed of the "good, the bad, and the ugly", as they proceeded to repair my vehicle. They always gave me an opportunity to "weight-in" when they reached “a fork in the road”. In other words, Finnicky kept me in the loop, from start to finish - Absolutely No Surprises!
    Hats-off to a local company that provided that professional approach in all their communications with me. Honest, clear and timely communications are the key to any good business / customer relationship. Because Finnicky Car Sales management & staff understand that, I feel quite confident that they can handle any automotive service job that I might require in the future.
