    Went to RC threading on Friday March 29th for eyebrow and lip thread. Unfortunately my experience was horrffic. My brows were butchered. The outer ends were nearly balded, the lower part of the brow was not cleaned and hairs were left unthreaded. The overall shape of the brows were wild, scraggly and not clipped evenly. For my lip, there were hairs still visible and half threaded. I tried asking the lady to go over the threading again but she pretended to not understand what I was saying and kept making my brows worse. On top of this, they did not clean or sanitize the chair in between clients! I will never return here again.

    As per your request a refund has been issue and should be credited back to your account within 3-5 business days. I have attached a copy of your refund receipt here. The employee who performed your service was in training so we apologize that she didn't meet your expectations. Our goal is always have our customers leave ********* happy and satisfied. We wouldn't have charged you if you had said something in the store / spoke with our manager regarding your service and issues you had. Nonetheless, your refund has been issued and will take 3-5 days to process. One again we are sorry you were not satisfied with your service at *********.

    I have been visiting RC Waxing and Threading in ************, **. and the person name is ******* that does my full body. Yesterday 8/11/2023 during **************** and Bikini wax, ******* asked me if I was sexually active. Now mind you my **** cheeks were split opened from finishing up **************** and then she further stated that I had a v***** like a 15 year old.
