    I have bought ornaments from Cubby for years. However, he has no loyalty to his customers. Instead of selling higher end ornaments to his loyal customers, he sold them to a new customer for the most amount of money, the one thing that he claimed he despised. It was like a punch in the gut when I saw what he sold to a newer member and not me. My money is just as good as the other persons. Theres no southern hospitality with him or his company. The everyday collector has no chance of being able to purchase these exclusive ornaments when he picks and chooses who he will sell to. Hes a hypocrite with little regard for his customers. It seems like he broke all his rules when a certain individual came along. Now ***** is stating he will no longer sell his high end items online anymore but use a different method. Which method is this?Who I like better or who has the most money. Buyer beware.

    This company is the worst, they dont take care of their customers and cancel orders already paid for. They are part of the mean girls club of small businesses and extremely unprofessional.

    This company is the absolute worst! I made 4 orders with them. Received only part of one order! Had to dispute the charges. After I would buy ornaments, they wouldnt send my orders but would re-post the items I bought for more money! Never returned any emails or calls! Really terrible business. Buyers BEWARE!
