    ***** Harlan installed my dishwasher for me the Friday 11/25. He came and I paid in cash. No problem. Then I started asking him what other work he does and he says he can do everything. That Sunday we are discussing him installed a water heater. He says he can get me one for this price and blah blah from his friend. He sends me an invoice via paypal. I pay the full amount of $972 because it did not allow me to only pay for the water heater. Monday comes along he says he has a job can he do it Tuesday. Tuesday comes along I do not hear from him and I text him Wednesday. Wednesday comes along and he stayed late last night on some job it will be for sure on Thursday. Thursday comes along and I sent a confirmation text at 9:11am to see if he is coming. Another text at 11:14am. He finally responds at 2:30pm. "Hi sorry I'm for sure coming tomorrow I'm under the weather today from working out in the cold but tomorrow".Friday 9:29am he says "loading up coming your way did you want to do the toilets also. I need to stop and grab wax rings." I reply no. I sent a text at 11:35am, what is your ETA. He says he is in ********* he should be there in 45 minutes. 1:47pm sent another text is he still coming. I sent several more messages and I call and he does not answer. Finally at 2:08 I send a message and said that I have been patient and understanding. Please cancel and return my money via paypal. Friday at 4:10pm he responds "Like really. I was rear ended. on the way to you. I've already purchased the thing but ok I'm doing the best I can." It take all of 10 seconds to send a text update. He is clearly lying and as someone below stated on some type of drugs. I called this morning and he says he returned my money which is a lie because paypal would have notified me!

    His new# ************. Job began Sun. 5/8- 1st pmt in a.m.& 7:30pm apptarrived 10:15pm. Itd be easier to say what was done rightnothing. I pd 253&100 cash app+40 ********* ****** *********** -$40.76 still usable, inspection 172+clean up fee 50+$20 certified mail/copies+mileage $3.50@IRS rate+ $100 extra demo now quoted to fix his tile/floor/grout mess/errors & repair door threshold messed up=$875 refund+costsowed to me.After his last no call/show June11, I asked for refund& he denied any wrong doing& insists on picking up tools he left here.He has no: 1-GA license to do ********************** work as required; 2-invalid Insurance certificate provided was not in effect when I called-that is fraud. 3-no business license in 3 countiesbut ests include tax on entire job w/labor.He said he could do all work- install elec fireplace w/new ******************** work. What I got was NEVER on time appts/no shows, improper elec/tile/carpentry work. After 6+ no shows ending w/6/11, I refused to continue after a month of drag on for a 2-4 day job & asked for refund in exchange for tools left behind. Est said Install new 20amp circuit $345- no new circuit installed, improperly tied in to HVAC-so fireplace comes on by itself after power outages, wrong color wire used, Unit not framed in opening but inserted in existing box&packed w/grout around itno backing&now cracked. TILE #A49Volcanic Luxe$14.99ea chosen& he swapped to $9.99UrbanLoftInterlckg.&one other used for filling holes; new tile went over old w/o prep/underlayment& fixing broken pieces- so theres crooked tile, holes stuffed w/grout, cracking, uneven bottom/sides, floor tile not centered w/mantel, and huge diff between ***** side floor&mantle, used grout vs glue on floor tile/wood floor-all came loose. Water damaged floor was only partially replaced, beam he placed to support joists/chimney do neither-chimney on other side of wall &didnt clean up daily & left a junk pile. Fair deal offered + costs & he avoids other charges.
