HELP! On Jan 25 my mom burned alive in her home.Mar 6 - Im admin collecting and protecting her estate. BUT, when I call **** ******** of the **** she abruptly told me she cant tell me anything about paying moms POA fees???Maam, I have a court order saying you can - here it is. Instead she told me just to make a blanket payment??? Well, How much? Is there a balance? When I questioned the reason8g she got even more rude and hung up in my face. Apr. Emailed Vita again. She told me I had to reach out to Repca lawyers - ****** ******. (NH) so I did, month after month. But ** dint send me an itemized accounting either. Aug. Called again, spoke w/ ****** ****, she was nice. She told me mom owed $13k. *********, I offered to pay for 2024 year fees at $680 but I wanted an accounting before accepting any more charges.Sep. I had no idea how POA fines work. Tired of trusting them. I decided to do some digging. Seems they have a playbook of ******** covenants right on their website. Thank you for NOT telling me while you racked up fees. Oct. Im still waiting for the accounting.Nov. I flew 2500 miles to meet the ladies in person. Once they saw me filming, the gals just printed up a ledger took 5 min - no questions asked. But I got questions According to Repca, the bill was $2k two weeks b4 mom died (just shy of a lien). On Jan 10 they slapped my 80yr old mom w/ a $7k fine for lawn violations??? The lawn is 400 sq ****** is dead. The home is under construction, things are happening I cannot control. Im 2500 miles away.. Yet, Repca wants to fine for power washing. How? The county shut the water off months ago. Mar 8 they add another lawn violation fine $1600+. So. Mom owes $2k one day then she dies mysteriously and the total jumps to 13k? And REPCA thinks they dont have to show proof? Just foreclose. Dec. I sent a validation of debt demand to NH, they reply, our relationship with Repca has been terminated reach out to some new law firm.

I purchased a home in 2021 in the REPCA homeowners association. They have fined me several times without notices and lie and stated they sent notices. Last the same thing happened, so I signed up with **** to receive my mail electronically. After I contacted Legal Shield who I learned about on an app I signed up and they sent out a letter asking them to send proof to justify the $22 charge. I know its not a lot but first year they did the same. They never sent anything, I paid the money with my assessment fees. Never heard or received anything from them.First time I heard of any fees was when i called because my pool key wasnt working. At that time I was told I owe some fees but she couldnt tell me how much or what they was charging me for, because their computer was down. Its over 1300 homes in this HOA how could she know I owe without a computer. I call back on Monday to find out still on answer. I was told to contact the attorney and I did, with no explanation for two months. Finally I got a ledger email to me with charges and was told it was because weed was in my glass. I paid the $22 they ask for without ever receiving notice This was in 2023. Fast forward May of 2024 is when this all started. I have emailed documents to prove it. Now they are trying to steal my house with $13000 charges
