  I had a decent experience with Lynn's Home Improvementat least at the beginning. ******, the company's owner, came to my home and gave me a free estimate. His quote was significantly lower than the previous companys, and I decided to go with Lynns not just because of the price, but also because ****** is a friend of my fianc.Initially, the work looked great. But I soon noticed a ripple in the board and ****** siding. I contacted ****** and sent him pictures of the issue. He responded promptly at first and sent the team back to correct the problem. However, as soon as they left, the ripple reappeared.****** then said the issue was likely due to the siding itself, not the installation. He assured me that he would contact the manufacturer and reorder the siding. The replacement was originally supposed to arrive the week of April 28. Then it was pushed to the week of May 19. Then again to the week of June 23.After that, my calls and texts began going unanswered. To this day, I still havent received a response from ******. Both my fianc and I have tried reaching out multiple times. I even left a message with the receptionist, but still received no return call.What started as a promising experience has unfortunately turned into a frustrating and disappointing situation, and I am still left with faulty siding and no resolution.

  I had an incredible experience working with Lynns Home Improvement. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, completing the work quickly without compromising on quality.   O had Lynn's Home Improvement to fix the flashing on my chimney that had a leak into my living room roof. When it rained after their services the water came through again. I called and called and all they would say is they would get back to me. They never did. Needless to say I still have the leak months later and have to hire someone else.

  I had a bad experience with them. A sales consultant came to my house, discussed the project, did some measurements, and gave me an estimate. We both signed the estimate, and I thought we were on the same page. When they showed up to do the work, they said there was a misunderstanding and that they wouldn't do the work for the amount they said they would on the estimate. It was all a waste of time.

  I would want customers like be to be aware with Lynn's Home Improvement. Pay attention to make sure you are getting what you are paying for. They seem really nice and reliable but that was not the outcome in my case. After an in home visit, where specific details about work to be done and materials to be used to repair damaged wood and soffits I received a vague "contract" with no specific information. I texted and emailed to make clear the issues I wanted to address. This company spent 7 hours doing a job that should take 4. They destroyed my perfectly good gutters Instead of removing and replacing as requested. They used a concrete material and did not cut any holes to ventilate the roof. I'd requested vented vinyl. My outdoor lighting has not worked since they disconnected it. After discussing these issues with the representative I was told "If you don't pay I'll just come over there and take back my materials". 3 years later I am still afraid and still paying to repair the damage that was done.
