    I filed for divorce with this law firm back in July of 2022. When I went in I was told my divorce would be cut/dry we had no assets and we only had one child together. Around October I was wondering what was taking so long so I called and emailed office. Finally I got an answer from law firm saying they didnt know what was the hold up with the court. I called the court myself to see what the problem was with my divorce being finalized. I was told in October 2022 the attorney failed to file all appropriate paperwork to finalize my divorce. I then called the attorneys office to let them know what the court was telling me so they could look into it. At that time, I was told that they would supply the court with the paperwork that they were needing. In January 2023. I still didnt hear anything from the court or their attorney, so I called the attorneys office once again. I was told that they will look into it this time by ***** Brown himself which is the attorney that is supposed to be representing me. He sent me an email to assure me that he once again turned in the paperwork so to speak. It is now May 2023 and I still have no divorce. I called the court once again and they said they still did not get the paperwork they needed since October 2022 from the attorneys office. I called the law firm and ask them. Can I speak to ***** Brown he did not get on the phone but he sent a email stating that he could speak to me on Wednesday of this week. He did not show up for appointment he sent me an email the day of her appointment stating can we talk on Friday I said OK fine, he did not call me on Friday. At this point I want a full refund from this law firm and want to be done with this attorney. They have caused me to lose out on a marriage proposal because of the tardiness of the filing of the paperwork and the lack of communication And I just want a full refund and be done with this law firm

    **************** and I have spoken about this matter and we provided her with copies of the communications with the Court concerning her case.  What is more, the Court has finalized ******************** matter and she has received a copy of the same.  Therefore, **************** has received the services and no refund is due.
