    I was sent to Bill and ******* from from Piedmont South imaging and the statement date was in October. The rates were insurance rates and the charges listed showed not covered by the insurance. My imaging was for infertility, and I knew that the insurance was not going to be covering the service. I called Piedmont South imaging billing department. The number provided on the bill billing agent told me that they cannot make the request to change the balance to a self-pay balance, but they could transfer me to a number that could. I received the call the next day from the collections agency that my balance was sent to. I was completely unaware that my balance was sent to collections as the statement that I just got was sent to me in ******* I called collections who did nothing but offer me a discount of 50% off of my insurance rates and refused to code the balance as self-pay and then spoke with the manager who threatened me and told me that I am no longer allowed to call this number and that its all they could do for me, they told me that they are unable to make that request and I have to call my insurance. I called My insurance said they have never heard of that before where a billing department will not change insurance rates that have not been covered at all to self-pay rates. I am seeking help as the manager of the collections agency has completely blocked my number and instead of willing to help me and tell me that they werent allowed to do the request they kept pushing the discount saying that that was all they could do and thats not what I asked. The manager kept deflecting the discount and refused to answer why my balance cannot be changed to a self-pay since thats what the billing department told me. I called the billing department back and they said that they have sent statements out and I asked for a review because the first statement that I have in my hands is ******* and the statement date is October. May I please have some assistance?

    I am not liable for this debt with Piedmont South Imaging. I do not have a contract with ******** Adj ******** They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.
