      May 6th, my children had a dental appointment. We arrived 10 minutes early for check in. 30 minutes before arrival, we received a texted about wearing a mask. Well, we didn't have a mask so I figured ask when I get there for theirs and of course because a pandemic is no longer mandated. Upon arrival, masks are $3 which is RIDICULOUS! If you want patients to wear a mask and if they do not have one, supply it! There's no mandate order for one. 3 employees looked at me and I felt embarrassed because they completely was just like oh well! We live 45min from this dentist office and drove all the way there, missed 2 hrs of school, wasted gas all for their appointment to be canceled! No courtesy to patients or nothing. The $3 apiece is a financial burden to some! I was honest Upon arrival and they didn't care to even offer my 2 kids a mask and I would have sat in car which they do allow. No courtesy. Out appointments were canceled and WE WILL NOT be returning! I am taking this further. I am furious. $3??? I'm sure the masks are bought with the dental office funds and $3 is a bit much but even so.... a courtesy mask should have been given since we were on time and honest Upon arrival. No one looked me in my eyes like they even cared.

      THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, POSSESS A GREAT LACK OF CARE AND CONCERN, NOT PROPERLY TRAINED, FALSE CHARGES, did not want me to speak with higher **** This business need to be closed! They have several other poor results via ******* Parents are being forced to bring their kids here as a funnel. The practice is terrible!

      I took my 16 and 17 year old children for their annual well visit on 08/21/2023. Once we got in the back I was informed that they both had to have immunizations. Once we were done, I went out front to schedule my kids next annual well check appointment. Once I got done, I asked the receptionist if I could have a copy of my children's updated immunizations form since they received immunizations. The receptionist told me there was a charge for the forms. I told her that because they gave my kids immunizations and they are in school, they are required to give me an updated form. So, she said I can let you speak to the office ******* when she comes back from lunch. The officer ******* never called me so at 3pm, I called and asked for her. She smugly told me that they are a for profit business and that I could pay $5 per child for the forms if I wanted them. I informed her that the *************** here in ******* told me that they should not be charging me for the immunizations form or the form ****. They are committing fraud and abusing the ******** program by charging ******** customers for those forms that are required for children in school in the ****************. I also had to pay to get the form **** for my 5 year old this past May and her immunizations forms as well. That's how I know that they are not supposed to be charging for those forms especially if they immunized your kids. I didn't leave the office and come back. I asked for these documents after my kids got done with their appointments.
