      I paid this broker a deposit of $1,466 for a long distance move and after reading all the bad reviews cancelled the move within 24 hours. The Contracts states you can cancel within 48 hours and get your money back minus their "10% processing fees". After I cancelled the move they have ignored all my many requests for them to answer how and when my refund will be issued. I have received no response of any kind. The broker was completely rude and unprofessional about my cancellation.

      I am posting this publicly. I was told by *************************************** a Senior Relocation Specialist that we would be able to get a full refund if we told them within a few weeks of the pick up date. I called and cancelled our move because the Military is moving us. I was told to send accounting an email because they handle all refunds. I sent them an email on Nov 8th at 11:09am after I sent ***** an email on Nov 4th. I only found out when I talked to costumer service that I couldn't get in contact with ***** by phone or email because after they make the deal, the relocation specialist numbers and email are blocked from the costumer reaching back out to them.So, from Nov 8th, I have made 4-5 phone calls and an email regarding my refund. Every phone call the costumer service agent said someone will contact me by the end of the day, Today is Nov 16th and I have still yet to get in contact with anyone from this company. This is very poor costumer service and a horrible way for a business to operate. I find it deeply sad that this is how this company treats it's potential clients and a 20 year retired military vet. I will call again after I right this review. If I do not hear anything from them, I will be contacting my bank and the BBB about them. I will be talking to a lawyer filing civil suit.

      This company turned our move into a living nightmare. They were rude and insulting and liars. They didnt show up to pack our house,(5000 sq ft,) until 3 pm in the afternoon. They told me they were experienced piano movers."Not a problem'" they quoted me. They dropped our baby grand piano on our sidewalk. It had a huge scratch on it. They had no idea how to move a piano. When delivering our furniture, they showed up with 2 men. It normally takes at least 4 men to move a piano. We had to call in 4 neighbors at 9pm at night to get it in the door. Every dish and china I owned was shattered and broken. I took pictures of everything. Every piece of expensive furniture that I owned was damaged horribly. We had a lot of ************************* furniture, which is beautiful and quite expensive. Every piece was scratched and damaged. Our homeowners insurance paid over $10,000 to get our furniture repaired. I have never put in a homeowners claim in my entire life. I knew it was futile to deal with the moving company. It is very apparent that most of the boxes which had valuable pieces were thrown into a storage unit. The company had promised me that it would not leave the truck. That is one of the reasons that I chose them. They also made us pay in cash,(more than they originally estimated by $5000) before they would unload our belongings. They held our belongings hostage. **** was the most rude and nasty person I have ever dealt with. She actually hung up on me and then wouldnt answer the phone. This is a totally disreputable company and should not be allowed to stay in business. In my wildest dreams, I cant imagine any company doing such a terrible job of everything they did. Not to mention, not wearing masks when covid was at it's very peak and vaccinations were not yet available. I am writing this so hopefully no other homeowner will be abused the way we were, with no recourse, because they don't answer the phone. We also had many articles missing.
