I wouldn't recommend going to Regenerative Spine and Pain Specialists due to their lack of efficiency and quality of care. My experience includes inadequate responses, no follow-**** and double billing, which I had to report to my insurance company. If you have a scheduled appointment, expect the entire process to take no less than one hour, with most of that time spent waiting.Incident on October 13, 2023: I had a scheduled appointment with ************** ******************** for a Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) procedure. However, ******************** was not present, and the procedure was performed by *******************************. This procedure worsened my condition. Had I known ******************** would not be performing the procedure, I would have never proceeded with it. . My medical records incorrectly listed ******************** as present and ************** as proctoring, which was not the case. There was an instance of being billed twice for the same procedure on the same date, which could be a billing error or intentional fraud. Specifically, I noted being billed by two different providers for the same procedure on 09/15/2023 and again on 10/13/2023. This might indicate an attempt to extract additional payments unjustly. The procedure on 10/13/2023 was performed by ******************************* but was incorrectly billed under ************** ********************. This misrepresentation could be seen as an attempt to deceive the patient or the insurance company regarding who performed the service, potentially constituting fraudulent practices.Recently, I contacted Regenerative about sending my referral to another provider, which they seem to refuse to do. This adds to the overall lack of support and proper patient care.

This review is unfortunate and the accusations in here have significant legal consequences that we will address with our attorney. This reviewer has a history of leaving serial bad reviews at a number of professional establishments but yet we are surprised that he would do this to his doctors office. This practice has 2 physicians and depending on the day of the patient procedure, they will see one or the other. Prior to EVERY patient being treated, they meet the physician present, discuss the case particulars and sign the consent after meeting the physician. While the patient may have intended to be treated by a specific doctor, if the patient's availability for the procedural schedule conflicts with that provider he prefers, he can always request the change. But he did not have to proceed when he met the provider and signed the consents. Second, the patient underwent an outpatient procedure where there is a professional service and a facility service. The professional service is billed for the physicians time and the facility service is billed for the nursing staff/anesthesia/radiation technologist and all aspects of the facility. He was not double billed by our office. Finally, this patient has never verbalized any of these issues to anyone at our office, he publicly left this review and refused to return any calls from our management and provider when they repeatedly tried to contact him to resolve and clarify his complaints.
