    **Review:** I was extremely disappointed with how this company handled my situation. Initially, they kindly waived a fee when I was sick, which I appreciated. However, later, they reinstated the fee without notice and blocked me from visiting until it was paid. Even after I communicated and agreed to pay the fee at a later time, they refused to work with me. This lack of consistency and understanding was frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better customer service and empathy, especially after the initial waiver.

    ************ *************************** is very unprofessional alongside the staff. My son came for his first visit due to mental illness. They were aware of his problem. The doctor came inside the room barely spoke and was very dismissive to my son illness. He asked if he was going to take his medication if he prescribed them my son said no he told him he didnt have time for all this because he had other patients to attend to. Very unprofessional for a doctor. Then I found yesterday he discharged my son claiming he doesnt feel comfortable seeing . How? When this is your field. He shouldnt be seeing any patients at all . Please find a doctor that cares and not treat you like a number . Dont go to this facility in ************ **
