5 starsThe New ****************** provided me with top notch services from Airport Pick Up, PreOp appointment, Surgery drop off & pickup, pharmacy runs, good quality & nutritious freshly cooked meals, recovery kits, very skilled & experienced staff, clean & luxurious vehicles and the list can go on & on. I have had surgery twice & on both occasions, I choose to be served by the New ******************, which is a clear indication of how satisfied I was with their services the first time & the second time even more exemplary. I will choose them anytime & I can recommend them to anyone who is looking for a comfortable post surgery recovery. Surgery is difficult and painful, but the good quality services I received from The New You team, honestly made my recovery a lot more seamless. 5 stars# New you nursing agency review from a family member view.Like the old saying It takes a village well this Agency has been a village to my family ( sister) for the last week. From pre- op, airport, surgery day, medication, unexpected hospitalization, those nurses NEVER LEFT HER SIDE.They communicated with me from ************** and assured she was in the best care. The nursing staff is gentle, kind, polite, respectful and attentive to your care. It was such a blessing to meet ********************* during my visit also. I highly recommend this service. Not sure how I could have recovered that first day/night after surgery without their compassionate help. They put my mind at ease & thought of every possible detail. Water bottles already loaded with electrolytes, straws (so I didnt need to sit up to drink), crackers, soup, etc. This team was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, & caring from my first phone call to them & on. 5 starsSurgery is difficult; recovery shouldnt be. The level of care and luxury accommodations that was provided was amazing. From the moment I woke up, THE NEW YOU RECOVERY staff was waiting for me in a BENZ SPRINTER filled with pillows, juice etc. I had two people with me overnight, a driver took me to my follow up appointment the next day (and wait for me the entire time), back to my hotel, and then another team member helped me bathe, laundry, garment cleaning and cleaned up soiled bedding. All while making sure I was comfortable and safe. What Im saying is all I did was breathe and they TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. The professionalism is off the charts but my fav part was how awesome the team was. Surgery is emotional and super hard. I def felt like I was truly being cared for by a long lost friends lol. The conversations I had with my driver was the best. The New You Recovery team took care of my mind and my body. I really cant say thank you enough. ????????Review fromCoral A

I had an amazing experience with the new you team as a whole. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of. At all hours of the day and night I felt secure and looked after by everyone. Everyone was so professional and so friendly. It made my experience better than it was. I highly recommend the New You Team for post-op care. I was taken care of like family and they made sure that I had everything I needed, so I could focus on resting. The post-op supplies were a plus. The service was truly amazing.The New You Recovery House, LLC

This place should be shut down immediately! They have unlicensed nurses and they have Cnas do things out of their scope of practice such as giving injections,administer medication without having any license to do so the state needs to look into this immediately!The New You Recovery House, LLC

Hi,
We are a legal ************** register by the ****************. Our licenses can be found on the ********** of ********* Health website. All of our nurses undergo a series of testing such as, a criminal background check and fingerprinted by the state. Their licenses are verified by the Georgia ********** of ********* Health. The nursing staff consist of RN's, LPN's and CNA's. Our CNA's only provide medication reminders to the patient while in our care.

I was nervous and anxious about how my experience would be.New You exceeded my expectations. ******************** and her entire team was wonderful, from my airport pick up to the my airport drop off. everyone was friendly, caring and experienced. If you are having surgery on the ******* ** area please use New You Recovery you will not be disappointed
