      My business name is Hope ********* Store ***********************************. ***** I, PAID $3,00.00 , TO Signarama, *************************************************************************** THE TRANSACTION STARTED IN JUNE 2022.My husband and I, Have both called ******, because she has been our contact person since the beginning.I, have asked for management and was told that she was the manager.We have asked ******, to please give us the sign in which we have paid over $3,000.00 She is just saying that she has to wait on the vendor that she usesshe originally said that the time frame would be 6weeks.We told her to give us a refund or the sign.8 months later we don't have either.PLEASE HELP!!!Thanks

      We started working with this customer in June of 2022. Designing, and pricing a Channel letter sign takes time. Customer was advised that production takes approximately 8 weeks from the time of payment(50% deposit). Customer approved estimate on 6/28/22. A deposit was made on 7/7/22.

      On 8/17/22 I received an email from this customer advising that they did not want to move forward with us, since it was taking so long, and that they wanted a full refund. I advised that since we have already come this far in the project, that I would not be able to give them their full refund back.

      They then advised that they would be contacting their lawyer. Because of this message, I cancelled production. Did not hear back from them until

      Customer contacted me via phone in the beginning of February 2023 and advised that they would like to move forward with their sign. I advised her that since she cancelled the order and 8 months have gone by, I would have to requote it, due to industry increases. I had to send it back out to my suppliers for pricing, which takes a while now adays because they are all very busy.

      I sent them an updated estimate on 2/14/22. The price did increase by $671.60. They have not responded. Received your letter on 2/22/23.

      We would have no problem finishing the job, we just need for them to approve the new estimate. The turn-around time for a channel letter sign is now approximately **** weeks.

      Good morning,

      I, have attached emails from the original transaction.

      We Stated that the process in June 2022,and paid 50%.( We were told that it will take 8weeks.
      In the email you will see that in October  we still havent received the Sign.

      ******, is clearly lying and I, have the email to prove that.

       I, did reach out to ******, once again this year before contacting you, to ask if she could go ahead and make the sign, since we have already given her over $3,100.00

      She stated she would let me know and I reached out to her by phone three times only to get the run around once again.

       I, dont feel that I, owe her( ******) any additional funds for the increase that she is talking about.

      At this point I, would like my full refund.

      I have attached the email from Hope ********* requesting to cancel their order, and to refund them.
      I have also attached an email explaining to them that do to the work that we have already put into their order, that we cannot refund them the full amount. They said that they would be contacting a lawyer. That was back in September of 2022.
      I did not hear from them until the beginning of February 2023, in which they requested that we continue with the production of their sign. At that time, since they did cancel, I would have to re-quote the sign. I then gave them their updated price, and I never heard back from them.
      I cannot and will not move forward with the order until I receive a signed estimate and an email stating they would like to move forward.
       
      I have been honest with this customer since day one.
