    Earlier this year I had my back roof repaired in the corner and I also plan to have my back porch repaired however I asked the roofer to come out and inspect my roof before I make the decision whether to repair the back porch or do the roof he suggested that I do the roof after inspecting it I told him it wasn't possible for me to pay to have the roof done all at one time I could only have it done in sections he agreed I could do that I really wanted to get a grant but he didn't seem to want to take a check from the government so he made arrangements for me to come in to Standard Supply Company ******* ** **** **** ******* ****** ** ********** ******* ** ***** ** ******** **** and purchase supplies that he said were on the back of his truck when I got into the office there I told her this I am only paying for the roofing materials for my back roof only I'm not doing the whole house okay she charged she said well if you're using a credit card I'm going to charge you 3% interest and the total came to $2,317.50 she printed up the receipt it does not list one single item on here it's just a flat 2,317.50 she doesn't show the interest that she charged me she doesn't show the taxes I said this is unacceptable you have to put every item I am purchasing on this receipt she says no I can't do that I said yes you can you have to, then I want to return it and she did not return it and then I said well then you're going to have to hand right every item that I'm purchasing and she wouldn't do it she just wrote shingles boards and felt and that's it and gave me the receipt and as I walked out of the door with Mr c***** the roofing man he said he was working with somebody who had a grant I said well I wanted to work with the grant office but you didn't want to take a check. I said let's just return all this stuff and let me apply for the grant so I called the Grand office and she says don't don't get your roof done apply for the grant and will pay for it because you don't have very much money she asked me how much money I had in the bank and everything so Mr c***** returned all of the roofing supplies and and then I went in to get my refund. The person who owns the place gives returns but he didn't want to give me one. He said I don't want to give you a refund. I said I just returned these items I want a refund I mean it wasn't that much stuff but the price was all wrong in July when I had the roof repaired shingles were $33.20 and the the felt the tar paper was only $22 and I was only getting a small portion of the roof done $2317.50 is an outrageous price. he said no I'm not giving you your money you're MONEY back. If you want your money your going to have to charge me with fraud. I called The Police department and ask for some assistance the po.ice witnessed him saying the materials were returned I have a police report from the ********** ****** Department it's **** * ** * *****. I believe this man stole my credit card number and planned on Christmas shopping with it I don't know but he didn't give me back my money I never got anything from anyone . He doesn't has not offered me any kind of solution or anything and I really want my money back I live on Social Security Disability I'm a senior citizen and I want my money back and I live alone and I needed a roof repair and I'm not going to get it now I've been ripped off so I want my money back and at this point the guy can pay me a little bit of mental distress or charges they can pay me a $20,000 to see if he likes it
