    I hired Mr. Wilcox on ******* to complete my drain lines. His original install date was ******** He finally came on ******* after him constantly giving me the run around and stated that I needed to purchase a Sump pump and that we needed to give him 3500 in addition to the 3200 we had already paid him. As of ******* he has collected 6700, he has dug up my yard, tore up my fence and I still do not have a working septic system. He has not install the drain lines or pump and my back yard is completely unusable. On ******* he stated that he was coming to fix the yard however he only waited until I left home to retrieve his backhoe and now refuse to answer my calls. Lastly, to add insult to injury everytime I remind him that I have a contract with him and will be taking legal action he says "he has the best lawyer in the world". He does not care about being professional and has taken my money. This has been one of the most horrible experiences of working with a company.
