    I decided I didn’t want to buy a cheaper trailer. I was under the impression that *********** was at least one step above them. We’ll I’ve had nothing but issues and horrible customer service. Picked the trailer up first week of Feb. when I picked it up the build quality looked decent. I ordered 16 on center roof supports and they built it to 24 on center. I did not notice this when picking it up. However I did notice that the brakes didn’t work. With my brake controller set to set and slider all the way over the truck and trailer still rolled while in gear. Took it to a local place close to the dealer max they diagnosed it as a bad ground wire on one of the brakes. They worked better, but still weren’t right. Still have to have my brake controller on 8 to feel normal. 10 doesn’t even get close to locking the brakes up. So I get it home and was going to look at the brakes. I pull the break away cable out and it doesn’t work either. ************ answer was for me to take the trailer to a local shop. Once I discovered a big puddle laying on the roof I looked at the roof supports. This is when I noticed they weren’t 16 on center. *********** agrees to build me a new trailer, deliver, and take the old one back. Just found out today (A month later) that they changed their mind. They would build a new trailer, but I would have to take the 24 hour round trip and swap them out. The communication with them is terrible at best. I told them to keep the money from the 16 on center upgrade and I’ll pay to have the brakes fixed. Small price to pay to not have to deal with them anymore.
