    I called to use my manufacturers warranty because my espresso bean grinder suddenly went dead, and I still had 4 months left. The girl who answered the phone told me I had to send her things to her PERSONAL email, or I wouldnt be allowed to use my warranty. All the information she wanted is considered sensitive, private, and protected data that can only be accessed with passwords. Do not trust this company. Mariar@1800acs

    This company has acted in a very disreputable manner. I have a Bonsen Kitchen toaster that stopped working after 3 months. Warranty should apply. I sent all the info requested - including the ridiculous request to sent a video of the item NOT working! They keep telling me they are waiting for approval from the manufacturer to replace. It has now been more than 1 month. Now they are just not replying at all. This is a toaster - not a car! I had less trouble settling thousands of dollars of home insurance claims from Hurricane ***.
